There are no gross, obese nurses here. All of them are cute nurses with great figures. They also talk dirty, so you can fully enjoy it. However, I wish they had all ended up completely naked at the end. I think wearing the nurse uniforms is only necessary for the intro.

It features no major stars, just so-called 'project actresses,' but that actually works in its favor by giving it a realistic, 'real-life nurse' vibe. The scenes are a bit formulaic, but it's still a very enjoyable watch. My only gripe is that I wish they had leaned harder into the slang mentioned in the title—I wanted it to be dirtier and more frequent.
