I first bought this series in 2006. I didn't realize it had been 12 years, and it's still going! I bought volume 32 last year but completely forgot about it until now. Personally, I like everything from the second video onwards, starting with the lady in the white knit sweater. I can watch it over and over! It's just so erotic. The part where she takes off her bra to show her breasts is as cute as ever, and the scene on the exam table where she lifts her skirt is lovely too. However, it's a shame there were no close-ups and the gap in the curtain was too high. Since the resolution is better than in the old days, I wish they had taken advantage of that. By the way, a scene like this is completely impossible in reality (lol). If it were real, a nurse would be watching, and a hidden camera would definitely be discovered. It's the complete opposite of SOD's realistic, immersive approach. Even knowing that, it's still somehow erotic. I wonder why? I hadn't watched anything after the third volume, but I take my hat off to KARMA for keeping this somewhat monotonous world going for so long. I wish they'd show a bit more of that secret place where only women are allowed. I think I'll check out some new ones now! But then again, maybe this series is just fine the way it is.

This series feels a bit stale due to the sheer number of titles, but there might still be some hidden gems. This one was good. There are 2-3 great female patients in both the first and second parts. The greasy, perverted doctor has some seriously impressive hip movements. He seems to be enjoying his time with the female patients a bit too much for a hospital setting. I never get tired of watching the scene with the last female patient in the second part.
