This is a classic entry in the series. You can fully enjoy her voluptuous body (especially her butt) in the first half. The 69 position around the 40-minute mark is so good it makes you jealous of the male actor. The white apron she wears from the middle onwards contrasts beautifully with her tanned skin—it suited her perfectly. Personally, I would have been happy even if she stayed dressed the whole time. Maybe people who like gals but don't care for the caregiving trope? Or vice versa? But those people wouldn't be reading reviews. If you're reading this, the title and cover have already got you excited, and your hand is probably already moving while watching the sample... You're going to give in eventually, so just buy it! It delivers everything in the sample, so it's practical and well-rounded. Definitely worth buying! That said, if you're looking for a realistic depiction of a caregiver's job, this isn't for you. The setting, outfits, and plot are all pretty loose! It's 'caregiving' in the best, most casual sense—just an old man and a young girl going at it. For someone like me who loves that, it's perfect, but if you need realism, you might want to skip it.
