There are a lot of scenes where the actress is begging, so those looking for an M-themed experience might find it lacking. That said, the actress has such smooth-looking skin that the high school girl setting doesn't feel out of place for about three-quarters of the film. Contrary to the title, if you view it as a cosplay or omnibus-style production, it's actually quite decent. Personally, I was turned off by the fact that she starts begging right after a forceful scene. There’s no real narrative structure to speak of.
