I think it's foul play not to list it in the genre section, but this is a 'best of' compilation featuring only the main sex scenes of popular actresses from four of Taiyo Tosho's medical-themed works. If you're not interested in the medical roleplay and just want to skip to the sex scenes, it's fine, but since it's just a compilation, I can't give it a high rating. It's not bad if you know what you're getting into, but be aware that it's not an original work.
