The premise of a lewd woman feeling lust for a dementia-ridden old man and making moves on him is great. It's a setting seen in other nursing-care works featuring Nagasawa, and it suits her well. Shigeo Tokuda has a good face and likely a great reputation among actresses; he's very earnest, but his technique is so poor it's frustrating. (It feels like he's acting based on half-read knowledge.) I wonder if he's actually not very good at this sort of thing.

Personally, this is my #1 favorite among Azusa Nagasawa's works. From the jealousy of one old man watching another with amnesia perform oral, to the classic 'chewing' play with both of them involved—it's top-tier. The bath scene was overflowing with eroticism, too. In the final 3P, the way she looks at the camera while they meticulously lick her beautiful, voluptuous body from the soles of her feet to her toes is enough to make you finish right there. It's packed with highlights; I can watch it over and over. Whether you know Azusa or not, this is a must-watch.
