Forced into the world of courtesans due to famine, Otsune spends her days serving strangers while keeping a secret flame alive in her heart. Despite her tragic circumstances, she clings to the fading dream of reuniting with her childhood fiancรฉ, Masayuki. A bittersweet tale of a woman trapped in the flesh trade, waiting for a love that may never return.

The opening and atmosphere fit the title well, but the camera angles were terrible. Even when the actress is enduring pain and shame in scenes that would thrill any viewer, her facial expressions are barely captured. It's just constant, awful angles focusing only on her butt or chest, as if they were intentionally avoiding her face. I was baffled by a sequence that kept cutting between the grinning actor's face and the actress's buttโa very disappointing result. Maybe recommended if you have a butt or chest fetish.

Out of the Sakigake vs. Momoka Saki trilogy, this is the most accessible one for general audiences. If you're a Momoka Saki fan, it's worth skipping a meal to watch. However, the storyline is incredibly dark. [Please refer to SM Detective Agency New Release Info 574 for details]
