The setting is a women's prison or a mental hospital. Everyone is violated while wearing the straitjackets shown on the cover. Despite such a rare and unique premise, it completely lacks the sexual slavery tropes or dark, sadistic torment one would expect from this setup. It’s just standard intercourse with a woman in a straitjacket. There are a few scenes attempting to portray slave-like treatment, such as making her eat like a dog while restrained, but it feels half-hearted and perfunctory. Ultimately, to truly make the most of this kind of scenario, it would require much stronger acting from the performers and better direction.
