A shocking record of a perverted urologist who forces married women to urinate under the guise of medical treatment, then licks and penetrates them while they are still wet.

The cast is high-quality. The mosaic isn't too heavy, so the key urination scenes are easy to see. Since she's a married woman, she has nice, fleshy hips, which is a plus for a butt-lover like me. That’s exactly why I wish I could go back to before I realized what was missing.
This work uses a mix of fixed hidden cameras and Yoshimura-sensei's handheld camera. The 12 actresses are dressed in everyday, relatable outfits—like young wives or married women—or just normal clothes you'd wear to a doctor's visit, which is great. The content is essentially harassment-themed; they talk about female hormones, use vibrators, and perform oral sex, with most scenes leading to full intercourse. It doesn't feel like rape; it has that signature Yoshimura-sensei 'pop' and entertaining forced-harassment vibe. Since they're dealing with a doctor, the women using polite language is also a nice fetish touch. However, there are too many people, so each segment is too short. I wish they'd cut about four people and give the others more screen time. There are too many unnecessarily long takes in recent works, but this one is the opposite—it's too short. It would save on labor costs, and honestly, it would be a better product.
The title mentions urination, but not everyone does it. There are scenes without it. Make the work match the title! That's why I docked a star. The quality of the actresses is basically good—excellent for a Karma release. However, the final three-person scene suddenly felt very 'Karma-esque.' It's within the acceptable range, but one of them is quite 'hefty' (lol). Also, as others have said, it feels like simulated sex, but if that's the case, it's well-directed. Unless you can't stand simulated acts, it won't bother you. The other reason I docked a star is the reaction of the married women. They harbor distrust but still do whatever the doctor says. That's fine, but since they aren't behind a curtain, I wish they had come up with a better excuse. Even if they say it's for research, it's irrelevant to the patient. It's a tricky point, but the excuses are weak. Also, while it's fine that they get aroused while being stimulated by rotors or vibes to make them pee, I wanted to see the married women become nymphomaniacs, like actively craving the penis.
What a waste... They're all great actresses, it's a shame they're doing pseudo-sex scenes. The light mosaic is nice, though...
