Among similar titles, I think this one features quite a few cute girls. The repetitive nature and the lack of heavy moaning feel realistic in a way, which I like. But come on, no actual sex? That's a letdown. I skipped through a lot just to look at her face, so maybe I missed it, but... If you're the type who can be satisfied just by looking at a pretty face, I recommend it.
The setting is just that she's at an OB-GYN, but there's zero realism to make it feel like an actual check-up. I know it's staged, but I wish they had pursued a more realistic approach. Also, the girl wasn't that cute... though I suppose the 'quality' of the girl felt realistic in its own way.
In terms of pursuing realism, this is exactly how a vibrator should be used. The facial expressions while suppressing her moans are worth five stars alone.
Is this supposed to be a series? I bought this because I liked Part 1 with the same title, but this is a completely different beast... The 'pranks' were nothing special, the girl didn't even climax, there was no vibratorβit was completely devoid of any appeal for me.
