I watched this for Chigasaki-san. They don't do anything too extreme to maintain the 'medical examination' setting, which I think is a good premise. They pull a medical curtain across the table, so you can't see her upper body and lower body expressions at the same time. It really halves the appeal of the footage. There are a lot of people as usual, but no one really stands out as a 'must-see.' Chigasaki-san's attempt at acting serious and innocent felt a bit overdone, which also didn't fit her character.

There are a lot of girls. Some aren't great looking, but since I didn't have high expectations, it wasn't as bad as I thought. The content follows a flow of 'medical examination' leading to fingering and squirting. The problem is that they don't show the girl's face during the climax, so there's less to see than expected. Each girl squirts multiple times, but they only show a close-up of their face once; the rest is just crotch shots. They're kicking their legs, so they're clearly struggling to hold it in—not showing that is beyond a waste; it's just lazy. It's not that they don't show expressions at all, but it's hard to find a focal point to actually get off to. Since it's staged anyway, they should have utilized the actress's effort to hold it in. Also, there are a few questionable ones: a 'high schooler' with sagging breasts, and someone who clearly looks close to 30.

It's mostly close-ups of the private parts, so it's a shame you don't really get to see the girl's expressions or gestures as she's holding back.

I thought the scenes where she was holding back were quite good. There are a few cute girls here and there, but the overall level of the cast is on the lower side. That said, I thought the situations were excellent.

There's quite a bit of inconsistency in the appearance of the performers. However, the expressions they make while desperately trying to stifle their moans are absolutely irresistible!
