I bought this to see a patient being toyed with by multiple men, but... it's not very practical. As others have mentioned, there's no overhead angle, so you can't see the actress on the delivery table at all. The lower-body camera work is the worst. 80% of the screen is just a man's ass. And a weirdly clean one at that. I get that it's a 'medical exam' theme, but the insertion scenes have zero appeal. They should have used a POV camera or a fixed overhead shot to show the whole scene. As for the upper body, the actors' hands are way too rough. I know it's acting, but it's supposed to be a medical exam. Don't touch her like that. And stop using weird props like scissors. Overall, 1 star. Not worth the money.

The camera work is terrible... It's partitioned by curtains, but there isn't a single shot that shows the whole scene. I can overlook the upper body, but the lower body insertion scenes are just close-ups of a man's ass... this is just awful. It's 8 hours long and there isn't a single shot showing the whole picture. I'm stunned. My expectations were high, but the disappointment was even higher.
