In a sea of similar titles, this one stands out. There's absolutely no unnecessary dialogue, no filler scenes of drugging the victim, and no slow, cautious undressing. There's almost no changing of positions; you untie the three knots on the medical gown, and she's fully exposed. This is perfect for those who find those other scenes tedious. Also, a trademark of this actor is the deep kissing that happens almost every time; watching him ravage the mouth of an unresponsive woman with his tongue is quite arousing. Most of the 32 women playing patients did a great job acting unconscious. There are some middle-aged women who are hard to look at, but you can just skip those parts. I wasn't watching for the looks anyway. I really hope they make a second one with the same actor (though he should really shave his stubble since he's playing a doctor) and the same format, just with higher-quality models.
