If I had to nitpick, since there's so much internal ejaculation and the title mentions 'pregnancy,' it would have been more impactful to see a missed period or a positive pregnancy test to really drive home the despair and immorality. It's a shame the main story doesn't cover the aftermath and leaves the ending up to the viewer.
