The scat scenes in other works I've seen were always too tame; I really wanted to hear more of those squelching sounds, and this film perfectly satisfied that craving. The sounds were great, but the director's unique instructions—like 'eat it like you're chewing gum' or 'show me the inside of your mouth'—were a stroke of genius. There’s no gross vomiting either, so I have to give it full marks. The highlight was the scene where she eats it and swallows it whole—absolutely breathtaking. I don't think anything can top this. I really hope this director shoots something in 4K or VR next.

It's an older release, but I still haven't found a scat film more satisfying than this. The 'ultra-high-class poop soap' scene with Kouka in the second half is the best. I've jerked off to this scene countless times since the DVD first came out. It's fake crap. Natural High is always full of fake crap, which is always a letdown. That said, the technology to make it look like real poop is definitely improving. If it's indistinguishable from the real thing, I guess it might be entertaining just to watch.
