LADYA-010 - Secret Rendezvous: The 1 Night 2 Day Hot Spring Trip

A lesbian feature with Misa Yuki and Kozue Hirayama. Personally, I love both actresses. With a runtime of three hours, there's no way a collaboration between these two could be anything but great. It's a 10-year-old production, but the fact that the entire staff was female is quite interesting. I also liked that it was filmed on location during a trip rather than in a standard studio. The scene where they kiss while standing outdoors is sexy, even without them taking their clothes off; it really builds anticipation for the lesbian scenes to follow. The yukata scenes at the ryokan are also great. Sometimes the female staff members appear on camera, but they're wearing yukatas too and are quite cute, so I think it works. The lesbian scenes in the dim room have a lewd, sexy atmosphere. While brighter lighting is easier to see, I prefer the darker setting for its realistic feel.

Kozue Hirayama has a nice, amateur-like vibe. Yuki brings a lewd atmosphere, making the lesbian hot spring trip very enjoyable.

It feels like they just wanted a hot spring trip and decided to film an AV while they were at it—it's incredibly lazy. They claim it's an all-female staff, but those staff members keep wandering into the frame without a care. Maybe because of that attitude, the filming feels half-hearted and drags on the whole time. The description promises lesbian scenes, but there's zero eroticism in the encounters. I guess having only women around killed the tension in the worst way possible. It just turned into a video of women lounging around with no sex appeal.

Despite being a long 3-hour feature, the pacing was excellent and the content was great. Since it was filmed entirely by female staff, the chemistry and intimacy between the two felt very natural. The casual banter between scenes was also fun. I really hope they release more mature lesbian works like this.
