I think the concept of the work itself is very good. However, the pasties are all just rough, bandage-like tape, and simply sticking them on in a rectangle feels lackluster compared to similar past works. There might be ethical issues (let's be honest, it's for the police), but I wish they would shape the pasties to match the genitals more or add effects like them getting damp over time.
