There's none of the 'masochism' promised in the title, nor any of the 'regret-inducing' climaxes. If you're a fan of the actress, it's passable, but you don't get to fully enjoy her beautiful body, there's no breast play, the creampie is obviously fake, and the boring interviews between segments make for a truly messy structure. I'm sure the actress regrets being in such a disappointing production.
