Shinoda-mama (though she's more of an older sister type) isn't satisfied with sex with her husband, so she keeps mating with her stepson to relieve her frustration. The 'pile-driver' cowgirl position in the title is great, but the scene where the stepson, having been taught by her, moves his hips to make her climax was also excellent. In the final scene, right after the father leaves, they go at it in the entryway with rear-entry cowgirl and finish with an internal ejaculation; when she says, 'I hope I get pregnant,' it was incredibly arousing.

Since it's a Shinoda work, it's naturally a hit, but I'm not sure if the 'pile-driving' style was necessary, though the final scene was different.

There are some highlights, like the close-ups of Yu-chan's blowjob face and her huge ass, but it lacks excitement overall. I get that the story requires her to take the lead, but she does it almost the entire time. The male actor is basically a dead fish; I wish he had been a bit more proactive. Also, I don't get the scene where the wife and son are having sex quietly right next to the sleeping husband. I would've preferred a proper, steamy scene in a different room.

I think this is the first time I've given a Shinoda-san film 3 stars. She's still as beautiful and sexy as ever, and she remains an impeccable actress, but this film (likely by design) uses a documentary-style approach that lacks intensity in the sex scenes. It's not just because of the setting of having sex quietly next to her husband; it feels like they intentionally aimed for this style, especially with the POV/self-cam setup. I understand the concept, but it feels like a waste of Shinoda-san's talent. If it weren't for her, I'd probably give it 1 or 2 stars. Sorry, Shinoda-san.
