It would have been better to just have it be a sweet romance with a friend's older sister, or if they were going to include the sister, maybe have a plot twist where she actually likes Aoi too.

I'm so jealous of him being so intensely pursued by Aoi-chan... It's just my personal preference, but since it's nearly three hours long, it might have been interesting if, when she said 'not now,' he backed off and said 'let's continue later,' slowly breaking her in over time.
