Ichika is overwhelmed by Claire's intense coaching, but encouraged by Claire's serious gaze, words, and demeanor, she gradually begins to blossom as a lesbian! It's a work where sincerity meets sincerity and soul meets soul; I caught a glimpse of the essence of lesbianism. In the film, Ichika receives one-on-one lesbian training from her senior, Claire. It feels like a relay, passing the baton of lesbian skills and the strong message that 'lesbianism is so pleasurable and wonderful!' from senior to junior, and from junior to the next generation—it's deeply moving! It makes sense that he directs her works so often. Maybe Ichika herself wants to work with him. Great works are born because they trust each other! If Claire and Ichika hadn't co-starred, Ichika's current lesbian skills and potential might have remained buried. As of April 2022, she has appeared in numerous lesbian works and is recognized as an actress who can handle them well. Her ability to infuse friendship into her lesbian performances feels like a new frontier. She has a high level of skill in both exciting the viewer and elevating her co-star. This was only her third lesbian work. While she may seem to act intuitively, she is actually very serious about her craft. In this work, you can see that seriousness. Her expression when she says she wants to treat AV as a proper job was not that of a 'little devil' girl, but of a professional. Her stance on lesbian scenes is simply that she does them because it's her job. To put it bluntly, she's in 'work mode.' She's essentially denying the fiction of AV, which claims to capture performers enjoying themselves on instinct. The work is documentary-style and doesn't hide that this is a job. Including interviews, monitor reviews, and pre-scene meetings acknowledges that this is staged and that she is participating as a professional. As a fan, I was happy to see her professional side, and her struggle with the distance between her and her partner was precious. However, I did wonder if it was okay for an AV to feel so much like 'work.' Still, it was good. The parts where she felt pleasure and the tears she shed during the lesbian play seemed genuine. There may be no affection for her partner, but there was definitely something else in its place, and it came across. It's hard to put into words, but I think that's a very important element for AV expression. The quality she shows in 2022 is extremely high. Perhaps this work was one of the triggers for that incredible evolution.
