The staff is filming with a camera the whole time. The moment you hear the shutter sound, the rating hits rock bottom. Plus, the quality is terrible. Even considering it's a re-release of an old work, this is inexcusable. The first half looks like a worn-out VHS tape. On top of that, the camera angles are awful—almost always a close-up or just focusing on a body part, so you can't even tell what's happening. There was one lesbian harassment scene with the blue OL uniform that was decent (no strobe lights, decent angles), but that one scene isn't enough to make me give it more than 2 stars. The rest was tragic.
The quality of the actress is very poor. Usually, these kinds of films try to compensate with a story, but the story here is a complete dud. The harassment and bullying elements mentioned in the title are weak; the first half has absolutely nothing going on. There's a slight vibe in the second half since there are many scenes in the office, but... also, that 'power harassment' bullying mentioned on the cover—'Should I tell your boyfriend? Your girl was desperately trying not to cum from my fingers'—was nowhere to be found. A total disappointment.
