I was looking for a good title for masochists when I saw this new release. The premise and sample looked interesting, so I bought it. I started watching right away, but the doctor's acting in the beginning was so unnatural that I couldn't focus. Maybe it's wrong to expect quality in non-sex scenes in AV, but it really bothered me. That said, the situations—like the constant masturbation on the bed or teasing her boyfriend while classmates watch in the classroom—were top-tier. If there's a sequel, I'll definitely check it out. Keep it up!

There's a scene at the beginning where she turns the tables and [censored] her boyfriend, which is good content-wise. But for the scene where the classmates are just watching, I wish they had set it after school without the bystanders! Maybe the director wanted to show how wild Aoi Kurugi is during her heat by having the guy watch helplessly, but honestly, it's just distracting. Maybe some masochistic guys get off on that, but seeing the classmates' faces pop up every now and then really kills the mood. That scene was a total loss.

I've been watching Aoi Kururugi's works lately because I like her voice and expressions, but this one is a no-go (lol). So this is what 'Sadistic Omega' means... The scene where the guy makes Aoi suck on his appendage is peak gross-out. I don't think I'll ever reach a point where I can enjoy something like this. This is only for people with very specific tastes.
