The actress is cute and has a great figure. The image quality is sharp, and the proximity to the actress creates a nice sense of intimacy.

This is a win for the concept. The complicity with the female doctor, the voyeurism, and the forced sense of immorality feel so real through VR. The patient wasn't exactly my type, but the fact that you don't have a choice in the matter makes it feel more realistic. I'd love to see more variations of this.

I've seen plenty of these in 2D, but watching them in VR really cranks up the excitement.

It's a work where they pay a large sum to conspire with a female doctor to do terrible things to a gynecological patient under the guise of a 'check-up.' The key to this work is definitely Mao Hamasaki as the perverted doctor. She's more of a mastermind than an accomplice, and she completely dominates the situation. Not only does she lead the series of acts disguised as a check-up, but her approach to sexually exciting both herself and the patient until they lose control is remarkable. It might be my own interpretation, but in the end, both are just being sexually exploited as toys for a pervert. I think this 'feeling of being played with' is the charm of this work, which goes beyond just simple pranks. The second half is just a standard AV with nothing special to mention, so watch it as you like. The patient isn't particularly cute either. (In this kind of work, that might actually be a plus.) As of January 2024, with 8K works appearing, it's honestly on the lower end in terms of image quality, but if the play style hits the mark, it's a secret weapon that can more than make up for it. If it suits your taste, if you're tired of ordinary VRAV, or if you're interested in Mao Hamasaki's legendary 'chijo' (lewd woman) performance, definitely consider buying it when it's on sale.
