There's no depiction of them working; it just starts with male and female nursery teachers having a meeting in a love hotel, which makes no sense. It's just a bunch of people in nursery teacher cosplay raping the actress in a love hotel. As a film, it doesn't deserve a rating, but I'm giving it 2 stars because the actress was cute and seemed to be trying her best. I managed to finish it just because she was cute, but the content is total clickbait.
