MDYD-473 - The neighbor's wife: Studying is off the table when she's around

They spent way too much time setting up the dynamic between the useless husband and the frustrated wife before getting to the action. The initial scene with the neighbor was standard but decent. However, while the final group scene had some unexpected elements, the male actor talked way too much, which was grating and ultimately lowered my overall rating.
