Basically, it's a reuse of the director's previous Attackers film, 'Sister-in-law's Erogenous Zones.' The element of the sister-in-law taking over the care of a senile parent has been added. While the character setting of a kind, naive young wife remains the same, the big difference is the visible 'corruption' arc. The premise of being coerced into submission is the same, but seeing her actively seek pleasure through irrumatio and cowgirl positions will be good news for those who were disappointed by the lack of corruption in the previous film. There's no pregnancy ending; it ends with the implication that the abuse will continue. It's almost perfect, but there are some lazy spots. The actor finishes shallowly during the internal ejaculation scene just to make the fluid visible, and the exterior of the brother's house doesn't match the interior at all. Since the brother is supposed to be a successful doctor, the poverty-stricken look of the house ruins the atmosphere.

It's a story about a brother-in-law, burdened with caring for his father, taking his anger out on his sister-in-law, Azusa Nagasawa. The scene where he forces her to use her large breasts to 'care' for (sexually service) his father was quite arousing. The actor is a short guy often seen in tall-woman genres, but he pulls off a creepy vibe here that, combined with Azusa's humiliated expressions, really heightens the thrill of the humiliation theme. (It's a shame the actor's dialogue was too quiet to hear clearly.) The humiliation scene in front of the husband also has a nice cuckold vibe.
