The shocking true colors of a graceful and elegant landlady. She hides a lewd, insatiable nature behind her refined exterior, using live-in employees to satisfy her constant cravings. Her wage system is simple: the more you please her, the higher your pay. It's a grueling job where your stamina and sperm are the only currency in this debauched, pleasure-seeking establishment.

Picked this up during a sale, but it didn't really leave a lasting impression. I'm a fan of kimonos, so there are some highlights, but the direction just didn't click for me.
An absolute masterpiece. Perfect! The actress is a literal goddess. The hand, mouth, and vaginal work are insane. The scene where she lifts her kimono and squats is just god-tier. That T-back is blinding, and that massive ass is out of this world. It's rare to see her acting this vulgar—absolute gold! Highly recommended!
I'm a huge fan of Sumire Kurokawa because of that gap—quiet and reserved normally, but completely naughty once she flips the switch. I've seen her in various outfits, but this is the first time seeing her in a proper kimono (excluding yukatas). Her slender frame makes her look absolutely gorgeous in it. She plays a nympho landlady targeting a young male worker. The scene where she lifts her kimono to show off her T-back and thighs while promising to raise his hourly wage for a creampie is top-tier. There's not much of a plot—just handjobs, oral, and creampies leading to wage hikes. Since kimonos are a pain to take off, the first half focuses on lifting the garment up to the obi for access. Seeing her pale backside exposed during penetration is incredibly erotic. The nympho landlady leads the way until the end. From the 'night' scene onwards, she finally gets fully naked, and they go through various positions, including reverse cowgirl. There's a seaweed sake scene, but with Sumire's perfectly smooth VIO, the seaweed is unnecessary. Just getting to enjoy Sumire looking so beautiful in a kimono made this a win for me.
It's hot, but the way she talks is kind of a turn-off. I wish she had just spoken normally.
The angles are great, it feels like I'm watching a music video. Really nice production, though I wish there were more male actors instead of just one.
