The work's notes mention "a woman on the verge of marriage being penetrated by someone other than her husband," and the theme is "women's r●pe." At the beginning of the r●pe, Hamazaki rushes onto the scene as a commissioned man is assaulting Dr. Matsumoto, even urging him on with "Do more!" The number of perpetrators increases in the next scene, and Hamazaki is holding an extremely thick vibrator. She brutally inserts the vibrator into Dr. Matsumoto's exposed lower body, whose mouth is covered. Dr. Matsumoto's lower body spasms in response to Hamazaki's movements. The r●pe scenes continue, and eventually, Dr. Matsumoto lashes out at the men, even actively sucking their d●cks. A frustrated Dr. Matsumoto blurts out, "I want to lick a d●ck!" and then continues with, "Give me your c●m. Into my lustful c●nt!" Hamazaki appears, wearing a lewd penis ring on her thigh, and commands, "Lick more lustfully." They move to another room, where Hamazaki r●pes Dr. Matsumoto in a missionary position. "Let me go," Dr. Matsumoto begs, gasping for air. Hamazaki's piston action quickly overwhelms the previously defiant Dr. Matsumoto. She then crawls on all fours, pleading, "Pour your c●m into my lustful m●ss!" Hamazaki inserts a penis ring from behind. Dr. Matsumoto can't forget the taste of Hamazaki's penis. Hamazaki inserts the penis ring again from behind, repeatedly thrusting while holding Dr. Matsumoto's collar. "Please. Let me go," Dr. Matsumoto's dying breath echoes. What's terrifying is perhaps the revenge of a woman. She knows how to punish. I've focused on Hamazaki's penis ring scenes, but no one can match her in this. This work expresses Director Masaki's intended power struggle between women. The pitiful figure of a pleasure-seeking doctor. This is a work deeply imbued with Masaki-ism, a project unique to her. Director Masaki is unparalleled when it comes to shooting hard lesbian SM. Personally, this is the kind of work I wanted to see.

Matsumoto Riho's absolutely insane breakdown… and director Hamamao Masaki for drawing that out of her – amazing! This is a masterpiece, no doubt. I thought Yamagishi Aika's work was the best in this series, but this is right up there with it. Matsumoto Riho succumbing to Hamamao's pen-ban assault and showing off that pathetic, drug-addled face… A proud female doctor completely defeated and forced into submission by a same-sex attacker – the setup is brilliant. Combined with Matsumoto Riho's acting, I thought this part was the most erotic in the entire series. If I had to nitpick, maybe it's a problem with the whole series, but I don't get *that* annoyed watching the lead actress, so it's a little hard to empathize with the aggressor. If she's going to be this thoroughly broken, maybe if the doctor had a heavier motivation – like a medical malpractice resulting in the death of someone important – it would be easier to empathize with the person doing the hurting.

As expected, a Masaki work! Riho & Mao's acting is praised, it would be a historic masterpiece if Mao also got a facial shot. Hamazaki Mao instructs deliveryman Nishijima Yusuke to pretend to be delivering something and penetrate Dr. Matsumoto Riho, a friend and doctor, at her clinic. Mao appears as Riho is being r●ped. "You bitch!" Mao pulls Riho's hair and stomps on her face, shaking her ass in anger over having her boyfriend stolen. The occasional glimpses of Mao's ass during the r●pe are erotic! I wish Yusuke's finish was a facial shot on Riho, and a real facial shot on Mao too. But the revenge is just beginning. Mao calls Hirata Shi and Nojima Makoto to Riho's multi-million dollar villa (a doctor's salary?) and has them penetrate Riho. Mao inserts a vibrator into Riho and has Hirata and Nojima engage in a 3P r●pe, slapping her ass. Riho's d●ck breaks as she experiences too much pleasure during the r●pe. No fantasy multiple penetrations needed. Shi gives Riho a real facial shot, and I wish he'd give Mao one too as a bonus. The 3 consecutive fantasy multiple penetration scenes are disappointing, but the broken Riho's pose is erotic. Mao penetrates Riho with a penis ring, and when Riho asks for "a load!" This is the third installment in the series. The visuals are intense, but as the subtitles state, any depictions of rape or violence are purely for dramatic effect, so please understand. Now, I'm a little hazy on the first installment… Kikuta Himari + Hamazaki Mao And the second was Tenma Yui + Ootsuki Hibiki. Apparently, Hamazaki Mao's performance as a supporting actress in the previous film was so good that the supporting role received more praise than the lead, which is why she's back this time. With Matsumoto Riho as the lead, I was expecting it to be 2 or 3 times more enjoyable. Whether it was well-wrapped up by the supporting cast's lead, or because of the rape situation, the scenes just kept showing Hamazaki Mao taking revenge on Matsumoto, tormenting her, making her cry, and scream… it was at least painful to watch, but I was able to enjoy it because it somehow worked as a story! Maybe it would be good to keep Hamazaki Mao as the supporting actress going forward. Ootsuki Hibiki, the legendary actress from the second installment, was also great, though. I'd really like to see what Hamazaki Mao would do if she were the lead.
