Honestly, the content doesn't quite live up to the title. Rio-chan seems to have grown a bit over these past few works, and still has potential to fill out a little more. I'm glad to see a collaboration, but pairing her with an actress who doesn't have a similar build really diminishes Rio-chan's appeal.

The title says "Deep Thrust Sucking Clinic," but Yuri and Reio only have deep thrusts twice each. There's one doggy style thrust for each, but it's a shame there aren't more in the normal position. Personally, the highlight is Reio riding while wearing white stockings and doing a deep thrust. It's a chapter where you can really enjoy her huge ass and thick thighs. Nursing concept AVs basically require white pantyhose or stockings, so I highly recommend this chapter. Seriously a masterpiece, worth keeping.
