It's a POV drama, so I was able to get really immersed in it. I personally loved Hibiki-san's scenario because it felt very realistic.

It's shot from a POV perspective, and the male actor doesn't speak, using subtitles instead. Scene 1: Otoha visits while he's sick in bed, leading to some tsundere-style banter. After the confession, they move from kissing to oral and then sex. Normal position, cowgirl, and back to normal for the creampie. Scene 2: Hibiki Otsuki plays an AV actress with her manager in the office at night. She complains about breaking up with her boyfriend and asks him to date her because she's always liked him. She claims she's good at oral because she's an AV actress, making loud slurping sounds. She begs him to go raw because it's a 'safe day.' They go through missionary, doggy, and cowgirl before finishing with a creampie in missionary.
