I bought this for the gag. It was interesting how she takes it off to perform oral, then puts it right back on afterward.

I like the attention to detail with the ball gag, like taking it out for oral and putting it back in. I don't really care about the story, and while facials are fine, personally I would've liked to see her face while cumming inside with the ball gag still on.
