MILV-221 - Ura Kyoko Nakajima

It's an old work, nearly 20 years since its release, but she's so young and incredibly cute because of it. At 81 minutes, it feels a bit short by modern standards, but it's divided into several scenes with different themes, so I was satisfied. The leg lines in the scene where she's tied up with red rope in a loose white kimono were great. In the forced deep-throat scene with Taka Kato, she wears a tiny blue bikini, and the fact that her pubic hair is peeking out is a nice touch. The contrast with her cute face really turned me on. Still, it's a shame they don't make 'Ura' series titles like this anymore.
