This series ended after three installments. The first was a strong effort starring Reiko Nakamori. In this third installment, I was captivated by Sawamura's erotic techniques, full of the charm of a mature woman. The download was split into three parts; from the middle of the first part, Dr. Sawamura engages with Dr. Sasaki. Standing naked by the hotel window, she flaunts her body to Sasaki, leading into fingering, cunnilingus, and penetration. In the third part, we see a luxurious collaboration of AV industry heavyweights, with the surgery chief played by Ginji penetrating her vagina while Sasaki penetrates her anus. The mosaic is generous, allowing you to see Sawamura's genitals. Nakamori makes brief appearances at the beginning, middle, and end, but she's just a supporting role. Maeda also appears briefly, but her role in this film is unclear. Whenever I see such erotic technique, I'm reminded that Reiko Sawamura is a powerhouse of the AV industry. I've watched many of her works, but I'm constantly searching, wondering if there are still some I've missed.

I think the rating depends on which actress you prefer. They are all famous actresses (it's quite a luxury cast), so if you're a fan of Sawamura-san, you'll be very satisfied. If you're a fan of the other two, it's inevitable that you'll find the scenes a bit lacking compared to the previous installments. Overall, the story is worth watching.

Maybe 1 and 2 were just too good, but I thought this one was solid as well.

The first and second parts were highly rated, so why change the lead for the third? I loved this series because Nakamori-san looked exceptionally beautiful in it... Is it the makeup? She looked stunningly gorgeous in this series.
