I think it recreates the original quite faithfully. I really wish other directors would take notes (especially Hollywood).

*It's good that it's faithful to the original, but personally I wasn't as excited as the manga. In the end, the live-action adaptation of the manga has a strong sense of acting, which I personally don't like.

AVs based on adult manga often fall flat because the actress's personality overshadows the work or the direction is lazy. But like others said, this is faithful to the source material. It captures that 'slutty' vibe of the original character, and I was impressed to see how that famous line translates to live-action. Still, I wish they could've cast a more baby-faced, slender male lead...

The visuals are close to the original and hold up well. Honestly, the two leads' acting was good enough that I would've given it 5 stars, but the wooden acting of the supporting cast and the mismatch in the male actor's age really tanked the rating. If the male actor had looked a bit younger, the leads' visuals would have made the whole thing feel so much more realistic. It's a shame.

I own the original manga, so I decided to watch the live-action version. It's quite faithful to the original, and it doesn't feel unnatural even if you watch it as a standalone AV; it's generally quite erotic. Personally, I really liked the scene where two high school girls strip down to just their socks and ribbons, spread their legs on the sofa, and enjoy watching the man masturbate. Having multiple actresses show their privates at the same time is very erotic, and it's a scene you don't often see in story-driven works (though it occasionally appears in things like reverse-pickup MM titles).
