I don't know the origin of the title, and I can see why others might be critical. As of 2025, Mikako Abe has retired, apparently because her A-cup breasts grew to a C-cup. If you look at her 2022 SOD release, she seems a bit fuller, perhaps due to COVID-19. In contrast, this 'Pero Pero~' is a 2015 mosaic release where you can see quite a bit if you squint. You can tell it's Mikako just by her chest and her private parts. The green wig gives it an otherworldly vibe, so it serves as a monument and archive of her A-cup era before she grew larger nine years later.
