Because it's based on an existing work, it feels like there aren't a lot of unnecessary scenes. Though, the source material has some contrived plot points, so it's something you'll have to accept or not. I felt like the reactions in the final scene were a little lackluster, prioritizing dialogue. Overall, it's a solid piece though.
