The actress and the content itself are good, but the awkward commentary or live reaction is really distracting and a shame. I don't know if it's because of the setting in the hospital room, but it would definitely be better without it. Feels like the commentator lacks experience…

In Kanae's previous works, the 'iku-iku aa' moans were a bit over the top and tiring, but this one has really good, restrained moans with a mouth cover and muffled voice. The original Azusa Sae expressed her eroticism with her eyes, but Nurse Kanae's eyes felt weak and lacked expression. It would have been better if she had shown a strong, erotic gaze like a carnivorous woman... though the inner monologue felt a bit flat and didn't add much. It wasn't in the original, but using an SM-plugged leather mask really upped the ante. Definitely a keeper!

It was good that the sex was done with the mask fully worn, as in the original, but it's a shame it was a urethane mask. It would have been better if they'd used a soft-talk type of non-woven mask, like the ones commonly used in medical settings, which also resembles the mask shape in the original.

The way she mutters erotic lines to herself without emotion is strangely lewd and adds to the eroticism. It's a masterpiece, but it would have felt even more realistic if the patient had a situation like being injured and having limited movement in their limbs. You can tell a lot of effort went into this one.
