They really nailed the dialogue and costumes, staying true to the original. Okada Saki is gorgeous and has a great body, but she feels a little young and doesn't *quite* capture the mature mom vibe of the source material. As for Hanzou, he always plays older roles, and it kinda kills the immersion when he's supposed to be someone's son. It's a mixed bag for fans of the original, but if you haven't read it, you might enjoy it as a comedic AV.
So glad they listened to the fans and made a sequel to S1, and Sakaki Okuda's acting has really improved. If I had to pick a complaint, S1 didn't have a 'doggy style' scene, which is kind of a tradition, so it feels a little less faithful to the source material. But honestly, even if it's just acting, I'm thrilled to see it. I really hope they continue the series as a trilogy, and I'll definitely support them. I'm already looking forward to seeing Sakaki Okuda's mother's… unique face (laughs).
I pre-ordered part 2 just because Okada Saki was reprising her role from the 'Freehand Soul' live-action adaptation. They didn't need to actually *do* anal, but some clever camera work or acting could have conveyed it. As a manga fan, I wish they'd included more dialogue during the sex scenes and afterwards. I'm also hoping for bonus content like a scene of just them having casual sex, or a segment focusing on Shigeo. If there's a part 3, please keep Okada Saki and the actor playing her son!
