This live-action adaptation of 'Karamizakari: Alumni Association Edition' is a unique project where the original author, Airi Katsura, wrote the script for the non-sex scenes, while the sex scenes were incorporated into the manga based on Mio Ishikawa's performance here. It is a must-watch for the overwhelming expressive power of lead actress Mio Ishikawa—a performance so profound that the original author reportedly wept while watching the shoot, and has been described as 'frighteningly talented.' Especially in the second half, she genuinely looks like a woman in her 30s. The story begins with the nostalgic, quiet atmosphere of an alumni reunion, and the persuasiveness of her performance as a 'composed woman' and 'former class idol' in the first half serves as a brilliant setup for the tragedy that follows. What's truly remarkable is the latter half, where the story accelerates and her reason crumbles. The transformation Mio Ishikawa displays here feels like a 'desperate action sequence where one is forced to fight against many while battered and bruised.' I never expected her illicit fellatio while glancing at the camera to be this exciting. The final 30 minutes, featuring a '5-man battle'—the most in her career—transcends the character of Iida; it feels like a record of raw survival instinct, where Mio Ishikawa as a person is swallowed by a torrent of desire yet desperately tries to respond. Despite being in her mid-20s, she perfectly portrays the 'pathos of one's ethics and pride crumbling away' typical of someone in their 30s, elevating even erotic tropes into poignant expressions of a life in decline. The intensity she brings—making the viewer feel the same heartbreak and despair as the protagonist, Yamagishi, and even a sense of awe-inspired fear about 'what would happen to the industry if she were gone'—proves she is more than just a performer; she is a lead who carries the entire production. With more drama than the original, carefully depicting the process of a pure heroine being confronted with the 'self she should have hated most' and sinking into the mire, this work is the epitome of the NTR genre, leaving an impact so intense it could drive a viewer mad. My only regret is that it's hard not to be reminded of the actors from previous works, though I am grateful to Hitomi Himori for reprising her role, even if it was a minor one.

*It's been a while since I bought Mio Ishikawa's work. I hadn't seen it for a while recently, as most of the works are school-themed or comical, and it didn't seem like there were any hard connections, but I saw a sample and saw it being played multiple times, so I bought it with high expectations. I haven't watched the previous Karamizakari series, so I won't comment on the story, but I was excited to see Mio spread her ass and being fucked by four men while being yelled at by four men. I would like to see more hard works such as rape and masochist training.

*It starts with the flow of a class reunion, and although the atmosphere is a little calm at first, it suddenly changes halfway through. Mio Ishikawa's appearance comes alive as is, and the difference between the neatness at the beginning and the crumbling appearance in the second half is clearly visible. It progresses in an NTR style flow, but it feels like it's gradually being carried away, and it's the type that just keeps going without stopping. In the second half, there was a scene where the number of people increased, and the atmosphere completely changed, and it felt like everything was going well up until that point.

*It's amazing. In the live action, the attack, the reception, and even the reception are quite hard, but it's amazing. It's gotten to the point where we're starting to wonder what the industry will do if this person disappears.

*I like Karami Zakari's work, but personally, I'm hoping that someday they'll release a work that depicts a long flashback scene at the end of the third work.
