It's decent enough to get off to. I personally love the erotic atmosphere of a love hotel setting, so it's very good in that regard! Mai-chan has a perfect body! Her acting is spot on, but it's a shame the runtime is so short. I wish there was one more scene. If you're going to have a bath scene, you should've included a mat scene too. It's a shame! It's definitely watchable, but... I'd say it's just an average, middle-of-the-road work.
