Overall, a disappointing experience.

I was looking forward to a pregnancy-focused scene, but honestly, the incestuous setting was a bit much. I think they added it to prevent things from getting stale, but I don't need that kind of depravity.

Some people say they don't need any unnecessary situations like incest, but there are also people who buy it *because* it's incest. Since this series has been going on for so long, I think it's okay to have situational stuff occasionally. Next-door husband, husband's father and brothers, husband's boss, subordinates, colleagues, older brother, cousin, uncle, grandfather... This series is basically a sweet baby-making one, but I'd like to see a dark version where you reluctantly have a baby with a boss you hate at work, or reconnect with a father who abandoned the family, or an unwanted pregnancy. Next, I guess it'll be a high school daughter and her father. If it's fiction anyway, I'd like to see something completely out there, like a father and daughter who's been gender-bent. Is that too much to ask?

I really like this series, but the daughter setting is just unnecessary. I don't know if they're adding these strange settings to keep the customers from getting bored, or to keep the staff from getting bored, but they keep throwing in weird scenarios like acquaintances, neighbors' wives, and coworkers. If I want to see that kind of thing, I'll watch a different series. I thought I was getting a series with my favorite Hanakari Mai, but it's a daughter setting. Is it just 40 and 50-something men who enjoy being called "Dad" by a 20-year-old daughter? (I'm not saying make it a sister setting, either. I just don't need any unnecessary settings.) There's already a solid setting of "Pregnancy Soapland," so just focus on developing that, and I'll be satisfied. Don't put a cake on top of a steak grill.
