While the production has its flaws—such as the missed opportunity for a scene between the two mature women despite Erika Hiramatsu's presence—it's a solid work that fully showcases the actress's eroticism.

It's set up as a sister-in-law becoming a sex slave to her husband's younger brothers, but there aren't really many 'slave' elements. It feels more like a humiliation play with the brothers. Ayane Asakura seems to be enjoying it quite a bit, so it's a stretch to call it slavery. The only thing that looks like a slave element is the collar. There's also no sense of the 'forbidden' aspect of being a sister-in-law. In the first half, there's a scene where the husband gets a blowjob from his brother's wife, and that actually feels more illicit than anything else. In the second half, the husband doesn't appear at all, so the sister-in-law setting becomes very thin. However, Ayane-san drooling and making squelching sounds while giving a blowjob is very erotic. I recommend this to anyone who just wants to see a chubby mature woman in a group sex scenario.
