MOND-008 - 38-Year-Old Stunning Enka Singer: Behind the Scenes of Her Debut

The looks and play style were great. The scene with her wearing nothing but tabi socks was good too. Personally, I wish there were more scenes where her updo got messy. It might sound a bit rough, but I'd love to see the actor or the actress herself undoing her hair. Could you incorporate that into future kimono sex scenes? Please consider it. Also, I really hope this actress appears in more AVs.

*Although her appearance and atmosphere are OK, I have to say that she lacks persuasiveness when it comes to singing at the level of singing at karaoke, which is fine if she is an idol, but if you are an enka singer whose singing ability is tested. However, it was a good project from a planning point of view, so it was fun to say so.

The actress is great and the concept is interesting, but the male casting is bizarre. Despite the Japanese-style setting involving kimonos and enka music, they cast a guy who looks like he just stepped out of a tanning salon. It lacks any sense of cohesion and feels like a total miscast that ruins the immersion. That said, the concept was fun, so I'm looking forward to the next one. I'm also looking forward to her other works.

I watched this expecting the 'enka singer' premise to be legit. The first chapter is basically a PV, and the moment I heard her sing, I knew it wasn't real—just a fake premise for the production. Even for a fake, this is pretty bad. They don't even seem to be trying to pull off the enka singer vibe. After the PV chapter, it starts with the usual interview scene. I thought it was a documentary style, but after seeing the amateurish acting in chapter 14, I realized it's just a standard drama-style AV. If the scenes were exciting enough to stand on their own without the 'enka singer' title, it would've been fine, but... SOD does these title gimmicks a lot; is this supposed to be a parody of that? I have to think that way, otherwise the quality is just too shoddy...
