Nao helps her husband with his caregiving job, despite hating the elderly. The patient, Himura, is a cunning old man who fakes illness to get attention. He sends her husband away, threatens Nao into kneeling naked, takes photos as blackmail, and forces his way into her on the very first day.

Nao Kiritani is cute, but for some reason, she doesn't leave a lasting impression that makes me want to watch her again. She's definitely pretty, and I'm sure she has many fans. The plot involving a perverted old man at a nursing home is such a tired cliché. And the 'filming the sex on a smartphone to blackmail' trope? Please, give it a rest—it's lazy and uninspired. Plus, forcing us to watch low-quality, tiny smartphone footage is just a waste of time. Overall, three stars is exactly what this deserves.
For better or worse, it's just average. Even if the guy is an old man with no stamina, I wish he'd been more persistent and drawn it out. You can't satisfy a mature audience with a standard encounter. If they had utilized Kiritani-san's great endurance to make it an endless flow of 'it's not over yet,' I would've given it extra stars.
Are people actually enjoying this kind of AV? Personally, I think it's a piece of trash with zero reality, and even as a variety show, it's not entertaining at all.
