MTVR-019 - [VR] Pregnancy-focused! Irresponsible creampie date with an H-cup big-tits girl

I watched this on PS4, but the actor's crotch felt so far away—like it was down by my knees or feet—that I couldn't get immersed at all. The image quality also feels a generation behind; it’s like watching VR from several years ago.

*When I saw Mami Hoshino for the first time in about a year, I was surprised to see that she had lost a lot of weight and looked sophisticated. However, her huge areola is still erotic. Even though she has lost weight, she is still in good health and her bouncing Holstein breasts are as impressive as ever. She was good when she was simple and chubby, but now that she has slimmed down her body, her big breasts are even more impressive.

I hesitated to buy this because of the bad reviews for the previous installment, but I couldn't resist the charm of Hoshino Mami's areolas. The 2D series had maximum impact when it combined the 'pregnancy soapland' setting with Nakada-san and pregnancy play, plus the 'acquaintance' element. This 'delivery health girl' setting feels weak in comparison. Without the 2D version's narration, the world-building feels shallow and the dialogue sounds like mere business talk. Even when she asks to be 'impregnated a lot,' he only finishes once, and there's no 'pregnancy report' or the usual post-pregnancy belly f*cking. The 'breeding' dirty talk is drowned out by the actor's loud breathing, and the image quality feels like it's from the Heisei era. It's expensive for such a short runtime, and the flaws from the previous VR entry haven't been fixed. The only thing better than the 2D version is that the actor's arm hair isn't distracting.
