It's Sayaka Aishiro. The cover photo looks like a completely different person; the real one is the plain-looking person on the back cover. The whole thing is shot in a dark room, so there are no smiling scenes like on the cover, but her huge breasts and smooth skin are still there. You only really need to watch the last chapter—the 9th and 10th sample shots—where she crosses her arms, squeezes her breasts, and shakes them right before the money shot. Her weird moaning and ugly facial expressions are the best. I guess she didn't have many fans, as it seems hard to find these days.
