The actress is a bit more 'thick'—or perhaps just heavier—than she looks on the cover. While I wouldn't have minded if she were a bit slimmer, she definitely has that mature sex appeal. The focus is on clothed play, which keeps the nurse aesthetic intact and really makes the scenario work. The camera angles and positions are well-thought-out, making the shots of her privates and the penetration feel very real. Her large, soft-looking breasts are also incredibly erotic.

I think the rating for this work depends entirely on whether or not you can accept Natsuko Kayama's 'chubby' physique. I gave it 4 stars because I really like Natsuko-san's face (it's exactly my type) and her body feels realistic (in the sense that you could actually find someone like her in real life). Even though the nursing scenarios are absurd and chaotic, the way they weave in lewd dialogue is quite effective. The hospital is also quite large (lol), so there's a good variety of patients. (However, one of the guys responsible for the thigh-cumshot in the masturbation scene was way too slow to finish; honestly, it drags on.) Most <Takara Eizo> titles usually feature two main sex scenes, but this one includes two 'bonus insertions' as well. (The way they present them is also quite interesting for a nurse-themed production.)
