My wife went to collect maintenance fees from our troublesome neighbor, only to end up becoming his mistress.

The actress and the actor playing the yakuza aren't bad. The only real disappointment is the husband; his delivery is so robotic it completely kills the mood. It sounds like an AI reading a script—zero emotion. I like this series, but I'll be checking the cast list before I buy the next one.
There are many entries in this series, but I personally think this is the best one. The highlight is the tattoo on her back in the final scene. It’s a perfect moment that shows how a housewife, who should have had nothing to do with tattoos, has been completely corrupted in body and soul after being stolen away. It hits all the right notes for fans of NTR and corruption themes. It’s a shame this kind of direction disappeared in later installments, as I’d love to see it return. I docked one star because I would have loved to see her hurling insults at her husband or neighbors afterward, but it’s still an absolute must-watch.
*I had high expectations because it was Abe-chan, a criminal, but after just the beginning, I was disappointed. Playing with toys in smartphone images, only missionary and back positions at the end. Since I fell down, I have to have a cowgirl position with my hips twisted and a woman on top. I don't like tattoos, so it would have been nice to have another scene with Kana in an attractive white blouse and mini tights. I wonder if Abe-chan has also reached the age where he feels short of breath. It's fine because it's an AV where anything goes, but it's also strange that the reason they get raped is because they want to pay management fees. I don't know if it's a rental or an owner, but management fees are not something you ask for, but something you collect. However, if he is raped without any questions or answers, then that's it. I don't know what it means to be social. I wouldn't be much different from my husband unless it was harder and more erotic.
I got hooked on the 'Wife Who Became Her Neighbor's Mistress' series starting with Nao Jinguji (Vol. 9), went back to watch Yui Hatano (Vol. 6), and have seen almost every entry since. I really wanted to see the first one, so I hunted it down and bought it. It's a bit late, but here's my review. The story flow is a bit different from the 4th installment, where the current structure was established, likely because they were still in the trial-and-error phase. The premise is a naive, chaste housewife being violated by a vulgar, mindless yakuza neighbor, eventually becoming a mistress who obeys any high-handed demand with a smile, broken down by his technique and insatiable lust. So, whether it's good or bad depends on your preference for the actress. Given how long this series has lasted, I think this is a great entry thanks to Kana Iioka's acting and sultry skills. Her expressions as she falls into pleasure, her writhing body, and her moans are exquisite. A small complaint: as others have noted, the actor's dialogue is hard to hear. Verbal abuse is essential for amplifying the sense of immorality. Also, the lighting makes her private parts look dark and obscured, which is a shame. But because of Kana's passionate performance and the fact that it's the monumental first entry, it's a 5-star rating.
It's an homage to a certain NTR work, but unfortunately, it doesn't surpass the original in any way. I really wish it had at least one redeeming quality that stood out. That said, despite the poor video quality, the scene where she's forced to watch her wife's transformation on a phone was the best part.
