On top of that, the 'perverted president' character is as annoying and persistent as a fly. The appeal of this actress, Emi Fukatsu, lies not just in her sexiness but also in her adorable smile, yet this film lacks that entirely and feels way too gloomy. Other reviews mention the actress being a poor choice, but I think she's at a disadvantage here because she has a slightly older look and the role itself is too dark.
